Girls Hockey 2014-15 Starting Season off Very Well

Sacred Heart's Lady Crusaders go into the Christmas Break with a 4-0 record in BAA League Action following wins over John Diefenbaker SS 6-3, Walkerton 7-3, Kincardine 2-1 and JDSS 4-2.

The Ladies also participated in the St. Michael CSS tournament in Stratford pre-season and finished 1-2 against good competition.

The team is working well as a team, sharing the scoring, receiving strong goaltending and the defence is performing well. Forechecking by the forwards has led to many opportunities for the Crusaders.

Looking forward to the hockey tournament on Jan. 7 and Jan 8 in Walkerton, Hanover and Mildmay -- for such a worthy cause.
